I’m a born entrepreneur who is passionate about efficient operations, developing teams, and getting the job done right. Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Bay Hospitality, a 5-unit company in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
I love building businesses and growing the communities around them. I’ve founded two successful companies in the food and beverage space, I’ve opened and operated multi-unit businesses from the ground up, and I’ve consulted both for startups and established brands on strategy, culture, and operations.

Operations & Project Direction
When I joined Harbor Bay Hospitality as the Chief Operating Officer in 2022, our 5-unit company was just beginning. I directed the projects through construction and opening, developing systems, creating agile teams, and facilitating the hiring of over 180 employees. Today, I lead all operations, marketing, beverage programming, financial strategy, and HR for a premier event venue, a popular café/coffee shop, 2 locally lauded restaurants, and one quickly growing CPG brand. All of our units operate within the beautiful INTRO building in historic Ohio City.
Entrepreneurship
I founded two brands based in New York City; Lois, New York’s first all-tap wine bar & Aida, a snack brand that Saveur called the "best crackers they’d ever tasted."
At each company I led: fundraising and business strategy, design and build-out, marketing and PR, community building and social growth, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day operations.

I offer expertise in all the necessary building blocks for getting "off the ground," as well as identifying operational and cultural improvements for established businesses looking to evolve.

I’ve written about business, finance, travel, food and beverage for sites such as The Balance, Thrillist, VinePair and Insidehook. Additionally, I was in charge of planning and creating content for The Pantry, Aida’s recipe blog.
