I’m a born entrepreneur and certified sommelier who is passionate about efficient operations, developing teams, and, of course, all things food and beverage. Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer at Harbor Bay Hospitality, a 5-unit company in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. 

I love building businesses and growing the communities around them. I’ve founded two successful businesses that focused on removing pretension and mystery from wine and entertaining, I’ve operated businesses from the ground up, helping them streamline and grow, and I’ve consulted both for startups and established businesses looking to pivot.

Operations Expert

When I joined Harbor Bay Hospitality as the Chief Operating Officer in 2022, our 5-unit company was just beginning. I led our execution through construction and opening, developing systems, creating agile teams, and facilitating the hiring of over 180 employees. Today, I lead all operations, marketing, beverage programming, financial strategy, and HR for a premier event venue, a popular café/coffee shop, 2 popular restaurants, and one quickly growing CPG brand. All of our units operate within the beautiful INTRO building in historic Ohio City.


I’ve started and grown two companies; Lois, New York’s first all-tap wine bar & Aida, a snack brand that Saveur called the Best Crackers they’d ever tasted.

At each company I led: fundraising and business strategy, design and build-out, Marketing and PR strategy, community building and social growth, strategic partnerships, day-to-day operations, and pivoting around problems big and small.

I offer expertise in all the necessary building blocks for getting "off the ground," as well as identifying operational and cultural improvements for established businesses looking to evolve. 

Content Creation

I’ve written about business, finance, travel, food and beverage for sites such as The Balance, Thrillist, VinePair and Insidehook. Additionally, I was in charge of planning and creating content for The Pantry, Aida’s recipe blog.
